Default No enough cash for business!

Hi, everyone! I'm taking this chance to ask some business owners here. My family is considering a money exchange business and we want to get a place nearby as our office. The issue here is we need more cash to purchased the office for sale. It is situated in a commercial area and It's a rare opportunity than to rent a place. Am I correct? What's your advice? Would you think that applying for a business loan or real estate loan is the best solution? What will be your best decision if you are on my place?

firstly,as you mentioned you need money to purchase the place for commercial purpose. Dear sir, ma, if the area will serve your purpose of a great profit I can advise you to go for loan to rent the place. so far we will still realize your capital back. go for loan even it is opportunity for you to have such an opportunity.

I personally think that if you start the business with lots of loan or shortage of back up capital, your business wont take off. I was able to work in a tiny company before it started to take off, I was there from the very beginning when the company started its' operation, during those times that the company still starting it requires added capital since it can't still sustain on it's own small profits, so my employer which is wealthy, added/pump thousands of capital for it's entire first year on operation just to make it survive. On it's 2nd year, the business finally able to stand on it's own with out further added capital. So make sure your family can sustain the business from start to finish...or else you are just wasting your time and money.

To start a successful business, you need knowledge and experience. You should also look at the location and see if the business can profitably there or not. Then you can apply for a loan if you think you have what it takes to make the business successful. It is still better to start without taking any loans IMO.

Plan everything. Create your best vision for business plan and try to make good predictions. Let loans be your last bet, but if you create great business plan and calculate everything, even bank % it's a way to start.

If you don't have enough cash then you need to find a job because it is the most sure way to make cash.
If you have business skills then you can try something else.
