check out for book.mql4 on google and you will reach the free e-book written by Sergey Kovalyov. I think it is the best source you can find. Personally, I learnt only by reading that e-book. Once you complete those 65-66 chapters, do work out programs on demo platforms. Once you feel absolutely sure and confident about your EA, proceed and use it in real account.
