is way of brokers to earn money but in fact the brokers works as intermediate between us and banks but if there is a way to trade directly with banks without brokers we will do that also keep in mind brokers do that also and trades for themselves and they will take the profit of trades plus spread.
I prefer to call it as strategy not plan. All traders should find out the best strategy that they willing to use it in real trading and discipline accordingly. Most of traders who lost in forex usually caused by indiscipline trading.Originally Posted by ahsin

if there is no spread, we can gain many pips in bank more than ussual, guy. But it will never happen for traders because that brokers earning base on spread and if no spread they have nothing is in their income.
Stop-loss set point is very important and must be drawn before the start of trading and before the start of any deal, it reduces the loss ratio and keeps the money as much as possible
i think without any spread we can not open any trade so spread is good from the broker but high spread have good advantage because we can open trade if we have only 0.50$ so take it as a good advantage from the forex broker.
This is an illusion that will really favour traders big time , this is because there would be an opportunity to trade with small capital and make big money at the end of the day , THe reason why traders use small lot size sometimes is because of the spread of such currency pair
we may not have deals without spread. Spread doesn't matters much for day traders and long term traders. I will be a Scalper Trader who will take Profit
less than 5 Pips and will be a Rich man.. lol..
