      Currency Internationalization :
Is The Wide Spread Use Of Any Given Currency Outside The Country Which The Currency Originated In and The Level Of Currency Internationalization For a currency Is determined By The Demand which other countries have for that currency and By Knowing The Amount Of businesses taking place Between The Countries But There are Some Important Characteristics For Currency Internationalization and these Characteristics are :

1- The Government Of Issuing company Don't Impose any Restrictions on Buying or selling of that Currency by any entity .
2- The Exporters From Issuing Country Or other Countries Must be able in issuing the invoices In that Currency because More Commodities are priced in dollar .
3- Private and official Companies, banks and individuals Should be able to Keep The amounts that they desire because The currency Will be a reserve currency if the Foreign central banks Kept enough from That Currency .

Currency internationalization: Usage of a currency without limits of borders of the county where is it is issued, it depends deeply on the demand of a currency and strength that every country start using it for its foreign reserves for settlement of its current account. Currently we can see that there is no other currency on this level other than dollar, At this moment every country is using it for its reserve base as well as to settle the transactions with other countries and it easy to trade with this currency and everybody in every country nearly knows about it and its rates with respect to each currency are well know for everybody.

      Benefits of currency internationalization:
for a originated country it is beneficial as other countries use its money as reserves that provide opportunity to strengthen economy base and such county always trade in its own currency that brings a plus point and to settle the current account they do not need to convert the local currency into another one so it's a solution to many big problems. But every country cannot enjoy the same status like, at this time USD and Euro is enjoying the same status.

      I Trade Structures, not Noise.

A currency internalization is the extensive use of money outside the country of origin, there are some countries that this somehow is rampant, lets take mexico for example, due to the fact that there are large numbers of american leaving in mexico and likewise large number of Mexicans leaving in the united state, so the demand for the dollars is high in such regions. despite having their own currency.
so as the us dollars hold the world record of currency internalization, it makes it easier for the citizens to make trade with almost any country in the world in their currency. and so is other countires that has good presence of internalization, such as EUro and pounds Yen.

The formation of deeper economic and financial cooperation that has led to the discourse of the formation of common currency in the Asian region is motivated by several factors. First, the success of the European Union (EU) in implementing free market policies and single currencies in European countries raises the question of whether the same approach will produce the same results if applied in other countries. Second, an increase in share in intra-regional trade in the Asian region. This growth has triggered the development of the idea that the Asian region needs a common currency. Third, after the Asian Financial Crisis (AFC) in 1997, countries in Asia formed an exchange rate system that was resistant to exchange rate attacks and helped stabilize the exchange rate. Therefore, one alternative that might be implemented is the formation of a single currency area as carried out by the European Monetary Union (EMU).

Currency internationalization can be described as the wide use or spread of the currency of a particular country worldwide or across the globe. This happens when some other countries demand for it as a result in the increase in volume of business transactions between the involved parties in terms of exportation of some products. It is of a good advantage to the country in question in the sense that the economy will improve, the currency can be used as a reserve currency and finally there may be no restrictions on all manner of transactions with the currency. As at now United States Dollar and Euro are enjoying this which is all worth it.

Currency internationalization is the use by a country of its own currency, in conducting international trade outside of its borders. Currency internationalization is when a currency is been used and held beyond the borders of the issuing country, not merely for transactions with that country's residents but also for transactions between non-residents.Countries with strong currency, in demand by other countries are the ones that benefits well from using their currency in international transactions.

      Benefits of currency internationalization

There are a number of benefits to a country whose currency is internationalized. They are:
      1. It provides more certainty to residents who can denominate foreign transaction in their home currency.
      2. They can borrow in foreign market without incurring exchange rate risk, potentially enabling them to find cheaper funding
      3. The underpinned demand for the currency can help lower the interest rate and thus help lower the domestic cost of capital

It is important in this context to distinguish between a country that is host to an International Financial centre and one that has an international currency Singapore is major major International Financial Centre Bank located their including the affiliate of foreign banks in conduct international business for the client and themselves including currency trading and set the volume of currency trading in Singapore drank V among all the contain the most recent triennial bus survey of foreign exchange trading it's Total foreign exchange turnover was exceeded only by those of the United Kingdom the United States Switzerland and Japan check the Government of Singapore has strongly discouraged the use of Singapore dollar as an international currency 1 in which foreign entities issues or trade securities.
Dimensions of internationalisation and international currency is one of that perform some if not all of the several task considered first invoicing of Merchandise trade all those some countries in wise largest fraction of their export in their own national currency is many other do not in 2007 for example sums 77% of us exports to Japan war invoice in US dollar per 72% of Asian export to Japan were also in voice $10 not in the Asian exporters currencies with almost all the rest being invoiced Indian in that same here more ever 35% of us 42 Japan war invest in euros but 48% why invest in then turn into Japanese export we find that 40% of its export to Asian country for invoice tension with the bulk of rest being in voice $10 person is for less heavily used in the invoicing of Germany export to the United State where the dollar dominates and it is used much less than the Euro in INR voice in Japanese export to the Europe where the euro is used more heavily this number more ever have been fairly stable for the last few years Eve for the share of the euro in the invoicing of Japanese import from the member countries of European Union which rose sharply in 2001.

Currency internationalization is the term that is used to describe the circumstances where the currency of any country is traded in other countries without restrictions or whatsoever, there are few countries in the world that can be said to qualify for this type of term, the first should be the United States of America, this is so because even many countries foreign reserve is based on the US dollars, that is to tell you the extent to which currency internationalization of this dollar has done, the less developed countries cannot have this kind of privilege because they are not eligible and really well known to be widely used outside the country's borders.
