I agree that most of newbies face loss . There are many reason behind failure or loss of new traders. According to my view point, lack of knowledge and information is the main reason behind their loss. Because, they do not know how to perform in Forex business. They are unaware about the market changes that going to be occured in the nearest future. They are totally unskilled and do not know how to manage their investment. Finally, they have to bear loss.

As you sow, sow you reap. As you work , as you win. The causes of failure of 90% people are low mentality, laziness and crazy behavior. They expect high but do not work as they need to fulfill it.
It is because they just rush to gain profits and they do not follow the right path. They just directly open up a live account, start investing their money before even practicing demo for a long time, and therefore they lose their money in Forex. If you do not follow the right path you will always end up with a Dead End.
I think the main reason for this huge loss ratio is the concept about forex trade.After hearing it is a good and easy place to earn huge money they come here and invest money.Then start trade to gain profit.But before a newbie enters in real trade,huge learning and practice are essential for any newbie.I think this is the main reason.
Yes newbies are characteristically money losers. It is not an absolute because some of them make it but majority of them lose it. They lose because they are impatient to do the right analysis before they jump into the market. they lose because of inexperience.
hello my friend , i think that 90% of forex traders lose in forex because they think that forex is an easy way to gain much money while you are doing no thing . i agree that forex is a way to gain much money , but not easily , but you need to learn much about forex and train to learn and to gain experience and this is not easy to do
