payment processors and visa's are both instant in processing but Processors are safer but visa's are used in a widespread (directly) but not more than PayPal (through balance or CC)

so far I still believe that Liberty Reserve really the fastest when we withdrawal less than USD 1000. We feel its still secure when we do deposit or withdrawal thru Liberty reserve.

Yup I prefer electronic banks too. Mostly Liberty Reserve.

But the thing that I don't like are all the additional fees when withdrawing the money from electronic banks to my local bank account via some exchangers etc.
