See If you are a Forex trader and want to use the payment processor for deposit and withdraw from Forex I recommend you to use Liberty reserve because most of the Forex brokers not accept payza as their payment method and If you are asking as a online worker and want payment processor for using in other online business I recommend you to use payza because it have more good features then Lr like bank attachment credit card attachment bank deposit and withdrawal and many more.
I use Liberty Reserve and it seems more easy then alertpay because the verification process of it very difficult and it takes some time. Another feature of Liberty Reserve is good that money you send you can't reverse because some cheat send money to LR account and take money from their client but reverse money from that account. It is possible with alertpay but it not possible for Liberty Reserve.
