Does central bank always makes intervention to forex market everytime?

It is according to the orders and authorization from the government. i think central bank or other banks are able to control the high volatility that come due to any sentimental change, and even if they do intervene it is in interest of majority of traders in my view.

central bank according to Plaza Accord must stabilize forex market to face unstability or chaotic condition, the most important question is: Do central bank always makes intervention to forex market every time? Let us share here, because sometimes when we open position correctly suddenly market move against our position then next day there will news in media that central banks had made intervention to stabilize forex market

I dont know about this,but This is very important for this market. Because people feel relax to know where they trade and earn profit from. But i have no actual knowledge about central bank's inquiry in forex market.
