      I'm just curious with your status right now. Any update with your problem? I once have eight accounts in instaforex but I never reach a point in which I can say I have some problem with withdrawals. But I do admit they sometimes don't reply. I send support asking how much I can withdraw in paypal and how much I can withdraw in LR or if they can just automatically compute and pay me full in paypal and full in LR than just rejecting my request of payments and don't say how much I can withdraw only.

      Can you quote my post that I say I have pending payments? It's not me that has problem with withdrawals. I think you ask the wrong question its member azzura that has problem with withdrawals not me. And if you read my post again you will see that I'm asking the status of his withdrawal. If I have pending withdrawals right now then why will I say and I quote

      Default problem at withdrawing

      Hello,
      I've a real account at instaforex from a long time ago, and I always get my withdraws after just 2 hours in average, but I asked for a 32$ withdraw at Friday and I still don't get them till now, then i called the support and they say it's OK and I just have to wait a bit more.

      Note: this account is real NOT bonus account.

      is this Normal? i mean they always pay in 1-4 hours but this time it takes about 40 Business hours.

      I'm still waiting and will update the thread when any thing new happened.

      Please take note that withdrawal using LR is processed within 1-7 working hours. The most often reasons for the delay is wrong withdrawal details. Next time, if you have not received your funds during this time, please contact the Finance Department or Support Service and specify: account number, amount, payment system, the number of your purse, date and time of transaction.

      Default Insta Forex Finance Department Issue

      There is an issue that Finance department of InstaForex is working very slowly. They have showed that Withdrawal via Liberty reserve will take upto 1 to 7 hours but I have noticed couple of times that they sent it after 4-5 days. My last withdrawal is pending since 4 days and when I submit a complaint to Finance department through Helpline they have cancel my bonus. Last time when i request a withdrawal of 83$ and due t delay , I asked to manager, after 4 to 5 hours they canceled my bonus, along with profit. Can any representative explain me regarding this issue??

      Let us draw your attention to the following rule, which you can find in Instaforex Public Offer Agreement

      >>>4.1.5. Withdrawal is processed within the set time, which varies for every payment system; however, in some cases the time of the withdrawal can be increased up to 5 working days, except for the cases described in Clause 9.1.4 of the present Agreement.
