My question is that is there any country restriction for example "A" country can not use InstaWallet transfers to "B" country ?
or any kind of other restriction like sending funds from a swap account to swap free account ?

No, there's no any country or swap-free/swap accounts restrictions. The only restriction is that InstaWallet is available only for the accounts in USD.

You just need to transfer funds from your InstaWallet to the InstaWallet of your friends. No need to create additional accounts.

i think after getting funds in our Instawallet its up to us how we want to withdraw these funds as its now our account. and the sender is agree to send it reading/accepting all terms and conditions.

If your friend sends you money via Instawallet, you must use the same method of withdrawal, that he used to deposit fund on his account, and is the same for the currency!

No, it's not a compulsory condition. Firstly, you transfer funds from InstaWallet to your account and then you can withdraw money via any Payment System.

Is it allowed? Since I heard that method for payment and deposit have to be in the same way
