in forex business some people are loss in this business so he very sadness and frustration. so this business also a profitable business for to manage for this profit or loss.

At that time it would be best to stop trading.Most of the people cant handle their emotions so they should stop trading and think for a plan not to loose after time.

i know how it's feel to having huge loss because we know exactly we break the rules that we have set. i don't want to repeat same mistake that i make in the pass. time is to precious to be wasted. be wise and handle our self.
