my opinion is liberty reserve are best. it's withdrawal fee only 1% . it's very lowar rate and libertyreserve minimum withdraw is $0.1. payza are also good but payza withdraw fee so many high.

I think a small withdrawal fee is liberty reserve.
usual 1% of funds in the transfer fee and the rest of his broker to determine which transfer to liberty reserve

moneybrookers is the best , u can link u person credit card there , and withdraw to person account too , i never notice anything about withdraw fees

in my opinion if you are going to withdraw less than 400 bucks monthly then alertpay (payza) will be very useful to you as it will not take fees but if you are going to withdraw more monthly then liberty reserve will take from you a small fee

Alertpay, Moneybookers and liberty reserve all are online money transferring system.All are safe and secure but different in transferring cost. Liberty reserve are more secure world wide and has high cost than other system but problem is liberty reserve are not supported many country so which country supported it much better.
