"V. Rights, Obligations and Disclaimers of PayPal" . > "Closing Accounts and Limiting Account Access." > *Logging in from a country not included on PayPal's permitted countries list.

If a PayPal user comes from USA to visit unsupported country Bangladesh or Pakistan. In this time they can not use paypal from here because PayPal will ban their account. I think you are wrong.

No, PayPal is not officially available in Bangladesh or Pakistan. But you can still use a paypal account from your country.

That's really awesome news for Bangladesh but i really wish they also do something about Pakistan is the country has huge number of people like me wanting to use verified Paypal.

I wouldn't say it's useful,every step written above is illegal,I'd rather choose an alternative payment processor than risking my hard earned money.

You are correct. But many earning site doesn't support PayPal Alternatives.

for me to use a paypal account is very difficult to learn a lot of the terms of the conditions needed in the manufacture of this account, I signed up this account, but I am confused because it has no data associated with the verification, if anyone can help me

Hello Falgunasif, You can't directly verify using Payoneer master card. But Payoneer has a US Payment service option. To verify PayPal you can use that service. for more information please contact Payoneer Customer Support.

I wouldnt advise you to verify paypal account using
a virtual credit card, in my country...anyone who use it
their account will be freezed and must do re-verification
by sending copies of identity and bank account statement

For the 1st question's ans is:- yea paypal is not support in Bangladesh or Pakistan. But in September Paypal is comes in Bangladesh.
For the 2nd question's ans is:- You have to select United States For your country.
