My best sources of learning forew is by refering e books and reading articles on internet. Video tutorials given by brokers also helped of to gather knowledge. Forew forums were also useful.

That was okay to learn individually because there are many traders who did similiar thing. You can learn from demo account
and also you can learn from other's experiences in forex forum. It's important to learn in forex by doing trading itself. There
is no other effective way to know forex except learning by doing.
