No connection, every day!

Hi.

I’m on Instaforex since 2010 year.
Approximately, last 50 days I have no connection with Hong Kong Instaforex server, every day during 1-3 hours.

Could anybody tell me, is this temporary problem of your server, or I should search for another broker?

Hello.

Kindly try to made two operations:
Follow the tabs File >>> Login and in the pop-up window write your account number (login), trader password and type IP address of server HongKong.com - 88.198.19.179:443

Left-click on the connection status in right down corner and choose "Rescan Servers" or try to select manually another data-center.

Click the left mouse button on the status of the connection in the lower right corner and select "Rescan Servers" or try to manually select a different data center.

I always use this trick, but it does not work when "there is no connection." When "no connection", it helps me just to update the charts and see what happens with prices, but it does not help to get TIKS in "live".

i m also have the same exprience with u ..
its often no connection and very hard to login ..
i dunno why??
