i don't know if this title is suitable in this discussion area.. please kindly informed me yah mr. mod..

the purpose of this thread created is to be a full reference of some popular indicators, patterns and waves study in my ways in searching for the best combination of strategies..

i've already had a set of profitable strategy.. but lately seems like i can't be in focus and discipline to it.. i guess maybe it's time for me to update my strategy after i've been using it for more than 2 years...

i will do full revision to all the indicators that is attractive to me..study it deeply and will share to you guys about what i've get and found.. i know many of you here are pro in some of those indicators..so let this thread be our reference and discussion area...

i will compile it to an e-book once my searching of new strategy is done.. wish me luck..

There is no end to learning in forex particularly if you want improvement. The you stop learning the day you stop improvement in whatever record you have build or made. Nothing can be substituted for learning because knowledge is power. Is the power behind forex.

I think learning has no end. And you are doing that. Learning is only power to gain something. And behind Forex trading learning and experiencing is very important. I always try to learn new things from Forex or about Forex. From Forex huge earning is possible with learning and gaining knowledge and then applying it in trading system.

Do you think learning forex is never ending and what you need is to perfect your strategy and keep making pips, if you make 50pips every week for a month it is 200pips and in a year it will be 2400 if yu trade a lot then you make good income so learning never stops in forex

Material would not trade out if any changes are discussed as to form a new material. Consider how many millions material scattered about the trade and each day is always increasing.

• Parablic SAR is a true reversal system.. which is.. for every stop point..it is also a reverse point (that is why it's been called stop and reverse)..

• derives it's names PARABOLIC from the pattern formed by the stops which is looks like a parabola..

• the stop is a function of price and time..
  • TIME function : the stop will move UP or DOWN according to the direction which the trade has been initiated..
  • PRICE function : the distance the stop moves is relative to the favorable distance the price has moved

i am also agree with that.there is no end in learning neither in real life nor forex trading.so keep learning by more trading with having new experience.

• The 1st SAR is the significant point (SIP).. they are the lowest or the highest point in previous trend..
  • if now we are in Long trade.. then the SIP is the lowest price of previous Short trade.. vice versa..

There isn't any finish to learning in forex. Significantly if you need improvement. While you stop studying the day you may cease improvement. Regardless of whatever record you've got build or made in the past.

• and as for the 2nd SAR and thereafter.. the formula to counting it is like this:
  • 2nd SAR = 1st SAR + AF (EP Trade - 1st SAR)
  • 3rd SAR = 2nd SAR + AF (EP Trade - 2nd SAR)

and so on...

AF

• Acceleration factor ( a progression of numbers beginning at 0.02 and ending at 0.2)...

• increased by 0.02 each day that a new high/low is made..

EP Trade

• is extreme price point for the trade made so far...

• if Long trade.. EP is the extreme high price for the trade so far..

• if Short trade.. EP is the extreme low price for the trade so far..
