How to Control feelings of greed and fear ?

hello guys

i want you to share me your opinion about how i can control my greed and fair feelings ?
many trades i closed my position with only half of my goal point because fair to back and make me lose
also many times after greed make me lose great money after volatile earn

i know stop lose and take profit limits is important , but i can change it at any time under feelings effect

so please don't tell me to put sl and tp points

i hope you share me your personal experiences

i agree with you that we can always change the sl and tp points, i have personally done that, out of greed and fear of taking a loss.
but what i try to do is that, i write down the entry level sl and tp on a page and whenever the greed or fear comes on, i just look at the paper and take a few deep breaths and continue with the same targets.

I go to play some online game when fear or greed is come to me.
And trying to don't pay any type of attention to my feelings.

hahaha..that is good man....
after get loss....we will try to forget all our loss, emotion.......try to play CS

but for greedy, i think it wont affect......we need to take profit from the support or resistance.....minus 5-10 pips to make it sure will get hit.....

but you can't ensure that you wont change this points

do you have strategy for taking points daily/weekly ?
or you earn as more as you can in your daily trades

My friends told me to use daily strategy.. and as far as now,, i've learn that when my greed comes and i stop to think clearly,, i always ended up on losing.. T_T
my only way of getting rid my greed is both sl and tp. so, after setting sl n tp,, i won't change anything else.. and i try do dicipline my self not to open the same transaction after it's closed by sl or tp.

well it is quite difficult to control the human emotions, even lot of sages have tried and very few succeded.
so no need to worry about that much, forex trading is all about our emotions.
i agree what our friend chanonejc tells, set tp and sl and forget the trade close platform and try to listen your favourite music or play a game to just relax.

Here is my strategy:Each month, I set target of how many pips I want from the market. Example 600pips, then I divide my target by how many days I wish to trade in a month, i.e 600/15, that gives me 40pips per trade. And try to Use Risk-to-Reward of 1:2. Before placing a trade, promise yourself You won't close it prematurely, then U place the trade. Believe me each time U fail yourself, You will feel bad, and then You will learn not to fail yourself.

@alexcee, i think instead of setting the monthly target as 600 pips , is it not good to set the target as some money, like $100 or say $50?.
because the pip value can vary depending on the lot size, and earning more pips with little value is same as earning less pip with more value.
