WHY TRADER TAKE HIGH RISK LIKE 1:1000 ?

My friend higer the risk, huge is the reward. So traders use high leverage like 1:1000 just to maximize thier profits but they should also be aware of this fact that higher the risk, huge is the lost. So while using this leverage, one should be very careful with the trades.

Those trader who use very high leverage in order to make very high money from the market they can not make the money from the market , because when you increase the leverage then you may be see margin call

the leverage you mentioned above is realistic as i am using this leverage.

First 1:1000 leverage is a normal leverage and I guess 95% of use who has an account has 1:1000 leverage. But first I'm talking about leverage and I'm not talking about margin okay. So theirs a difference between the two. In leverage for example we trade usd/cad we see that we have price of 1.0092 and the pips is worth 10 cents. Its because of 1:1000 leverage. because 1:1 leverage 1 pips will be 0.0001 cents. 1:10 leverage means 0.001 cents 1:100 leverage means we get 1 cent and 1:1000 leverage means we get 10 cents per pips.

i think there is some misunderstanding regarding the leverage. Leverage is related to margin call not the lot size or pips. If you have 1:1000 leverage then you can use whole your balance and the margin call will not appear. But if you use lesser leverage then the margin call will appear before you blow your account.

Yup I agreed with you, people who have less balance are mostly used high leverages as they want to get big profit with less balance. And many times because of this they losing money.

I believe whenever we take leverage 1:1000 we're feeling the leverage help much us within the psychology part since we always see bigger margin available whenever we choose leverage 1:1000. For martingale system we have the leverage 1:1000 also allow us to to spread out bigger lot size.

I think 1:100 leverage is not right to select as it will not be able to fight market volatility, firstly it is like betting and then due to spread your chances of winning becomes lessor than losing.
