TrailStop function ?

Hello Mt5 guru, I have been testing so many of EA, I dont know much more programing but i like to test more and more new auto systems,
well one option I found in most EA is TrailStop setting

can any body of you explain me what is this and why its imp what is the function of this and if the value in it (in fig) may change then what effect it will be on the Ea performance..

Well, permits me to say that the convetional trailing stops are provided by broker infact not all brokers gives trailing stops, that is why there is ea on it , it wont make your stopl loss rigid.

Isn't the SP supposed to work even when you are in profit and just want to still keep the OP. I have had issue where my trailing stop is mostlynin the negative when I set it while I was in profit and isn't it supposed to adjust automatically to your set stop?

Trailing stop should not set either right on the position’s support level or just above support. It maintains a stop-loss order at a precise percentage below the market price (or above, in the case of a short position)
The reason it's so important to set a trailing stop order below support is that positions moving downward tend to bounce upward (reverse course) at or near their support levels

Well this issue of trailing stop i hate for me its preferable to use an EA called pip locker which for me is better that trailing stop.. I hardly use this tool on my MT4

Also trialing stop does not work once you are offline but piplocker does which is why i hate to use that tool

I think using a trailing stop would be good so that you can secure your profits so you can follow a consistent trend and profit ..

It is said in MT-4 that minimum trailing stop is 15 point.I know that it is used for automatic stop loss.
In EA Auto-stop has 30points,but if i want to set it manually or use IFX one click trading where i have found that no trailing stop then which value will be suitable for my trading.
Or if i set it manually or customize it,will it work or not?

I also think so, that tralling setop a facility to enable traders to secure a profit has been obtained, but it also can maximize profit in the can.
but most traders reluctant to use this strategy. and I do not know the underlying reason they would not use tralling stop to secure the profit which they already can.
