      Question Interest rate?

      hello every one
      I want ask about Interest rate
      when Interest rate go up is this good for currency I heard information but I am not sure from that when Interest rate go up that is mean There is a rise in the rate of inflation so the currency go down facing other currencies

      If inflation increase , Central Bank will for sure follow situation and probably increase interest rate to stabilize price.
      For inflation , for us traders, main data is CPI .

      I understood from you when there is high inflation , Central Bank will Raise the interest rate and The opposite is true
      But when the Central Bank fixed rate of interest what happens to the currency you will go up or down ?

      If interest rate stay at same level like before, that news doesn't have be impact on price. It's depend from previous price action.
      From example , on aud-usd if BOA decide to don't change rate, it's be more likely that price fall then to rise, because price is on historical maximum.

      You can see on FF on left side, if you choose calendar . You can also see on news schedule in history when click on "more".
      Yes, when interest rate rises your loans are higher . Simple word , price of money is increased. You can see that demand for money is bigger , because many are in debt.
      For investment , I am not sure, but many investment are banks loans so probably yes.

      When you find some interest rate in FF schedule , and when you click on it,you will find it on more icon . There you can see all history of interest rates.

      Interest rates going up leads to a weaker economy so this means that the currency of that country will loe it`s value in the exchange market. This is also vice versa.
