The registrations of broker ?

Hello every one
I want talk a bout registrations of broker
we know there are a lot of Regulatory institutions like (NFA - FSA - ....)
but when I am searching a bout that I discover new things like : -
1- there are types of registrations like membership and Business representative of broker Both are not subject to control under the institution and be fully present to speak clearly in a page of the registry where if there is any problem the client should refer to the company and not the institution but there are other type I don't what is this called but Regulatory organization has the full right to control and impose strict laws and penalties
2- there are some Regulatory organization not strong like Cypriot institutions and more than once I heard NFA it is not strong but cftc is the most strong It is not easy to record any company in which due to its terms
finally I haven't enough experience in this subject
and I want ask you a bout your information in this subject ?

I think this topic does not appeal to any trader but I think is very important topic any professional trader may be fooled in that however this subject These legal subjects do not require a professional trader knows all these things because threads do not belong to trade, but specific laws to protect the trader

What is the risk with this. I register my trading account in ASIAS no.1 broker.
So, i need not to worry about the registration process.

I discovered new information when there is broker register in NFA or FSA and the trader have great problem with them like withdraw a lot of money he should make prosecute for this broker and this is very cost Imagine that at $ 200 in the prosecution sure the trader want withdraw Millions or billions

Yes, same with you I register my trading account in InstaForex, Broker No.1 In Asia. So, I wan't to think other brokers who have difficult registration.

look I think the broker which have difficult registration use ctfc (Regulatory institution in the United States)

i have try many brokers..
most of them need id card, billing statement and bank account to verified..
but at insta we dont need it..

yes you are right but there are some brokers have others advantages do not exist in instaforex like there is broker if you deposit by webmoney or alert you can withdraw by any method and you can withdraw by wire bank with 0% commission
I think Cyprus is the regulatory institution is the most Weaker

I do not pay particular attention to forex brokers and their specific type of regulation, once a forex currency trading broker is regulated, then i can open an account with them. I try to pay more attention to strategies that could make profits for me.
