to minimize the errors we should make our own rules for when to trade and we must obey it. most traders already have their own rules, but break them so that they suffered losses.

Speech is very easy mate,but when you're at the center of the battle ( I mean, of course, the forex market ),there will be no place for any rules and you will find the your emotions that control the whole issue.

I think, i moreover experienced anything that way, I like to discipline with money management and trading securely. But I currently have not really confident in order to discipline.

Yoi probably read many places about them but here discuss every thing in detail. No worry if you do not have any knowledge about these four. You can discuss on any one. How can we control them while tradings because these are all important things onwhich we should focus

to avoid making over trade, I used to apply some rules in trading. such as the maximum order, the daily target, and maximum loss. if I've got a daily target, then I will stop the trade. so also when I've got loss, beyond that I have set, I also would stop the trade. it could prevent us from over trade.

i am also make the rules for my trading too to make me avoid the overtrading, but that have the problem for me, because i have not following the rules and i can not discipline on it, it make me really hard to avoid it
