in my country there are no tax for income from forex trading. since all the profit we make after withdraw automatically will get into our bank acct. i think this is the beautiful part of being a trader we pay less tax than other worker.

I do not know whether the forex has a tax. clear to this day I do not pay taxes because of forex, because the profit I get is in the lower limit. and do not get too large profit.
I guess you missed something. anything you get from forex can be considered as income. therefor you have to pay the tax. in my countries the tax is vary due to the amount of profit. it start from 5% tax to the biggest one with amount of 30% of the profit. luckily goverment cannot trace the money if we trade in offshore brokerage company
so far I have not heard any tax charges if we trade forex, when it was also enacted hopefully percent financing based on the results of our profit. so that if we lose we are not taxable. but very concerned if there trade tax because trading does not involve a place that is not too related to the cost of the venue or the income derived from a place for us to trade.
i think it's very hard to imagine that it will gonna happen in any country dear smartijaz, because the forex market is not an eternal market, it's a global market, which means that any trader wants to start trading on it he can do it easily by joining it from any where and in any time, regardless of his nationality, gender, or the country which he live in it ..
