I think your account update is not completed yet.

Once you will update your account, you will not be able to change it for next 2 months, so this box will not appear after a successful account update.

Just put the required information in these two boxes (account number and password) and your account will be attached.

I think he is asking you to check that either his account is attached or not as he have written his account number and password while attaching his account.
