When you check conditions of PAMM traders, many of them charge you 50% commissions on your profits.
Do you think it is ok? Would you invest with PAMM trader who charges 50% or one with 5%?
You should leave it on the trader. No one is forcing to invest with a PAMM trader who has high commission rate. If he can generate consistent and good profit, then why not investing with him!
If a trader asks for only 5% commission but then loss your capital, what will you do? But in my opinion, 25-30% commission is more logical, specially for big deposits.
I think charging 50% of profit made is on high sight, but i will also not be tempted with the one who charge too low interest because they may burn your account. However, good trader will want to charge moderate interest,i.e neither too high nor too small
Experience trader demanding high charge and they are eligible for this demand. A pamm trader have to do lot of hard work and responsibilities than investor. Each and every investor fate are rely on his trading performance. By considering all fact demanding commission by pamm trader is acceptable.
I do not think PAMM account manager are greedy, many invested money which must yield profit, superficial look at the meaning of greed, tells me that it is in all traders, that PAMM id an investment, the charge low amount, the give profit on monthly bases, I certainly disagree they are not greedy
it truly depends on how good the pamm trader is. If he is really good and can make consistent profits, even if he demands 50%, that is a thing I will accept readily.
as an investor we want a sense of security. Knowing the pamm trader is consistent in making profit will bring confident and we do not mind paying hire fees for this
