Default Australian ASX 24 Stock Exchange Got US CFTC “Part 48” Exemption

The U.S. ban direct access to many stock exchange and this really limits its citizen to trade directly to many major stock exhcange in the world.
But recently the Australian stock exchange get exemption where the citizen f othe U.S. can get direct access to the Australian market.
What do you think abou this?

From my point view American trading companies are Monopolizing Tading Market within the United State , The American Citizen is the share Of US companies Only so Must Forex Broker do not Accept American Citizens .
