The British Pound (GBP) fell as the British Prime Minister Teresa May turned to Paris and Berlin for talks on the postponement of BRICEST for a second time.
Labor Party member: Do not submit with the government in the customs union
British shadow adviser John McDonnell said Tuesday that the government of Prime Minister Teresa Mae has so far refused to show any language changes to the customs union after Britain's exit from the European Union.
The Labor politician added that there was not enough debate about the possibility of consensus with the single market during Britain's exit talks from the European Union.
McDonnell said the customs union would be the first element on the agenda of Britain's exit talks from the labor union today. He said the possibility of holding a referendum on Britain's exit from the second EU would also be on the table.
GBPUSD rose 0.21% to trade at $ 1.308.
The euro rose marginally by 0.07% to 0.8640 against the pound.
