      For me, the best way to deal with stress has always been to watch comedies. I have always felt my stress go away when I watch comedy movies and shows.

      One of the best ways to deal with stress is to sleep. Sleep cures most of everything. It can heal many of your illnesses as well, stress also goes away along with sleep. But if you are still stressed about something, it is better to tackle the stress to deal with it.

      If the stress is about trading, then just sleep. If the stress is about some aspect of your life like work, financial conditions, then work to improve on them. Don't fall under stress, work harder so you can resolve it instead of letting it destroy you.

      Simple take proper sleep, reduce intake of coffee, tea Alcohol. Manage your time properly. Do regular exercise stay happy and try laugh on small jokes. Listen to soothing music, Soak in a warm bath, busy your self in good healthy activities play games with your friend, these steps will sure do help in reducing stress.

      There are many ways to reduce the stress but every one has their own preferences and choices. For me I always prefer to go out specially for long drive. And also like to listen music and watching movies to reduce the stress.

      Try to make a habit of reading novels, magazines, stories, etc. In my opinion reading is a best activity to reduce the stress and stop thinking too much. And also go out and have a fun with your family and friends to avoid stress. Just chill and be happy

      Here's a Few List Of My Own:


      1. Take your sleep like 8 hours a day be it night or day.


      2. Take your vitamins daily just to boost you up usually Vitamin C for colds and coughs.


      3. Exercise daily or at least 3 times a week on the gym if possible with a gym buddy or gym instructor so you're doing it the right way all the time, preferably crossift if you can.


      4. Don't get angry at little things or even big things, they are a waste of time.


      5. Focus on positive things, things that will make you rich, discuss events and happenings with a friend or loved one, don't discuss people they will only all the more irritate and stress you.


      6. Talk with a wife or husband the things that happened in the office, in your place of work or in your business establishment, again talk about positive things, positive events and don't ever talk about people, because that person can't defend himself since he or she is not there.


      7. Talk about good news, salary increases, money coming in.
