      Default Glass

For those who have watched Split, one of the best thriller movies, Glass is a kind of like a sequel to it. It is also the sequel of Unbreakable which was released back at 2000, and is the final part of the movie series.

I enjoyed Split a lot to the extent James McAvoyis now one of my favorite actors. His performance there was stunning and the same has carried over to Glass. But I think the very plot of Glass was a bit bland, there was nothing spectacular, it was almost like Unbreakable (2000) where most of the times, it was just normal work routine and no actions. I felt the budget seemed to be quite low and there could have been quite a lot of things done to make it better.

Yeah the acting by James McAvoy in Split is one of the best in hollywood in my opinion. Regarding Glass, yeah the budget seemed quite low and many things seemed to have been simplified by a lot. The supernatural aspect was quite toned down and there were only few personalities of Kevin Wendell Crumb shown in this movie. They should have just made the sequel with him, instead of adding in unbreakable as well.

The psychological part here was quite good if not anything else. The woman doctor rationalized the powers in such a way that they sounded normal and I almost believed it for a moment. The powers indeed seemed quite normal, but the main character in the movie is Mr. Glass, and not others. His power is his intellect which was shown quite brilliantly while the others were dancing in his palms.

Now, all the characters have been given their own movies to star in. Unbreakable was the overseer, Split was the beast, Glass was Mr. glass. It is too bad there won't be a sequel, and the outcomes of the three main characters were quite hurried I think and the budget seemed to be on the low side but considering the plan of Mr. Glass, it seemed to fit in as well.
