SWOT analysis refers to analyzing the Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats. TOWS analysis is just an inverted SWOT analysis. There has no significant differences between SWOT and TOWS analysis. According to SWOT analysis there are mainly two factors for a company. Such as: internal factors and external factors.

Internal factors:
Internal factors refers to Strength and Weakness of a company. Itís just the internal issues for a company. Company can take immediate action against internal factors. Such as providing training to the employees so that they become technically strong to develop new products.

External factors:
External factors refers to Opportunities and Threats of a company. The directors of the company should take immediate action to avoid coincidence. Otherwise a companyís product will be replaced with otherís companyís product.
