Do you have power steering vehicle or mechanical steering? As both have different procedures to check and resolve this issue. If you can provide me complete details then I shall share few tips with you regarding the same.

Visit your mechanic and request to check your vehicle's axle, it may be the bush setting ot it may worn out. It is also possible mechnic may check and has something else. But we can not suggest you anything on this forum for rectification of your problem.

Its mormal steering and we say its mechanical but not power one. Its sounds abnormal like the rusty iron door open/close sound while turning left/right and also its stiff. I dont know what to do, as 2 mechnics already checked and told me its fine and has no issues

I am not a car engineer but maybe you should change your Brake Rotor. I have read a review about ACDelco 18A1705 recently and I am utterly convinced that you also need to read reviews before making any serious purchases. That's just a good habit.

What is Brake concern what steering. It has a noise in steering and may be something worn out with the same. But brakes are totally different and generally brake drums are making noise while driving but I think mine is different problem
