      A review on how Network marketing:

      Network marketing is a marketing strategy for the sale of products or services where the revenue of the company is derived from a non-salaried workforce selling the company's products/services, while the earnings of the participants are derived from a pyramid-shaped compensation scheme from whatever they sale. So simply put independent contractors buy into a company and earn a commission on the products they sell.
      Advantage:
      - People working under in network marketing are their own boss as they set their own hours, and work towards their own success.
      - Working from wherever you want.

      Disadvantage:
      - There is this stigma attached to the networking marketing business, especially those as the salespeople in the top tier can make impressive amounts of money on commissions from the tiers below them. The people on the lower tiers will earn much less.

      - Major disadvantage of this type of marketing is that majority of companies seems are fraud and it is very difficult to trust on such schemes and companies which in turn make the task of genuine companies also difficult as individuals treat every company as fraud.

And the potentiality of making money in it is limitless, and does not involve salary .Making money in the system depend largely on the skill of individual member and how best they able to uphold the tram because is a team work .there are three strategies in making the money in this business they are ,(1) lead generation (2)recruiting (3) building and management .And we have three type of networking marketing ,we have the first tier , the second tier and lastly the multi- level.

      ADVANTAGE OF NETWORK MARKETING.
      (1)There is no limitation to the amount you can make in the business.
      (2) It is a good source of income.
      (3) It as an employment opportunity.
      (4 )It is a good test of team work..
      (5) It create a wide market for the product.

      DIS ADVANTAGE OF NETWORK MARKETING.
      (1) The people on the lower level earn less.

      Network marketing companies always have one thing or the other that they hope to sell,in a situation whereby you see a network marketing company that does not have any products,in a situation whereby a network marketing company does not have any products that it wants to sell that will automatically tell you that they are not actually into a legitimate business because once they are engaging is known as Ponzi.

      It is very important that a network marketing company must have one thing that they hope to sell in order to raise revenue to pay with the commission for those that will market.

      Advantage
      1. it is a very easy way to make money if you can talk to people and convince them to purchase the particular product.

      Disadvantage
      1. Participation is not always free as you are required to pay token for registration.
