      Hello Everyone
      I just like to.say welcome back for myself here
      After for few days not here.
      Now back

      Sleeping is good for our health, for body, to our mental health, physical health and emotional health
      For.me Sleeping is kind of resting
      To.feel.relax,.to feel rest for all day busy do
      It can make me feel good when wake up with enough hours to sleep

      I'd say everything depends on sleep. Our emotional, physical wellbeing, literally everything. What else is really important is your natural bio rhytm. For example, I'm a nigh owl and for me waking up at 6-7 a.m is something out of a horror movie. Didn't have issues working at night though. The thing is, when your spouse or parents work during the day it can be qute tricky to syncronize schedules, and after trials and errors I finally found a thing I was first skeptical about but it actually worked for me! I bought noise suppressing headphones from here smartifylife.com and surprisingly they are working! I mean, they are pretty much lightweight and I didn't have problems falling asleep with them.

      It is commonly said that always trade with fresh mind. Human get freshness after sleeping minimum 6 to 8 hours. We should sleep well to trade well.
